    A thorough clean ensures you meet your rental agreement requirements. It increases the chances of receiving your full bond back without disputes.

  • 3. What’s included in a vacate clean?

    Typically: Full kitchen clean (oven, stovetop, rangehood, cupboards). Bathrooms and toilets Floors (vacuuming & mopping). skirting boards, doors, windows (inside), tracks & sills. Bedrooms & living areas. Cobweb removal, light fittings, switches, power points. cupboards & wardrobes. Additional services available at extra cost if required.

  • 4. How long does an end-of-lease clean take?

    Depending on the size and condition of the property, it usually takes 4–12 hours. Larger homes or heavily used spaces may require extra time.

  • 5. Do you offer a bond-back guarantee?

    Yes, regarding End-of-Lease Cleaning work-scope.

    Bond release is determined by the landlord or managing agent assessed based on the overall inspection, including cleaning, damage and fair wear and tear considerations. While we provide cleaning services aligned with inspection standards, the property must also satisfy damage and fair wear and tear requirements under the relevant tenancy regulations.

    No cleaning company can guarantee bond release. We provide a bond-back ratification guarantee covering cleaning-related items within the agreed service scope.

  • 12. How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking early as possible, 2–3 weeks in advance especially during busy moving periods. If you require a urgent clean we can assist you pending availability.

  • 13. Do you work on weekends or public holidays?

    Yes. We can arrange weekend or after-hours cleans when needed.

  • 14. What if the property is heavily soiled?

    We can still clean it, but additional time and cost may apply. We’ll always inform you before proceeding.

  • 15. Do you clean furnished or unfurnished properties?

    We clean both. However, vacate cleans are typically done once the property is empty for best results.

  • 21. Do you charge for key pickup and or drop off?

    We offer convenient key pickup and return services. A small fee may apply for locations that require extra travel, but we offer free pickup when nearby. Any fees are confirmed upfront to keep everything clear and hassle-free.

  • 22. Will I be charged for parking, if we can not provide parking?

    If free parking isn’t available at your property, an additional parking fee may apply to cover on-street parking costs or paid parking facilities. We always aim to find the most affordable option, and any parking fees will be discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

  • 23. Cancellations

    The client must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.

    If access is not available upon arrival, our team will wait up to 15 minutes. If access is still not provided, the appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the full service fee will be charged.

    Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled job will be charged 50% of the full service amount.

    The client must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
