Getting your bond back depends on the full property inspection — including cleaning, any damage, and normal fair wear and tear.
While we clean to inspection-aligned standards and take pride in delivering thorough results, the final bond decision is made by the landlord or agent based on all inspection criteria.
No cleaning company can guarantee bond release. However, we do provide a structured rectification framework covering cleaning items included in your booking, so if something within scope is raised within the timeframe, we’ll return once to address it at no extra cost.

Under the Residential Tenancies Authority framework (note: Victoria is governed by Consumer Affairs Victoria, not RTA Queensland), there is No fixed legal 72-hour rule.
The process is:
Tenant submits bond claim.
Landlord / agent has 14 days to dispute the claim.
Disputes are based on the Entry Condition Report vs Exit Condition Report.
If disagreement continues → VCAT.
So legally: There is no mandated 24h / 48h / 72h complaint window.
Those time frames are commercial policies set by cleaning companies, not tenancy law.
