Service Agreement & Disclaimer

By engaging or booking services with FRESHA Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • FRESHA Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services strictly in accordance with the agreed quotation.


    The quotation defines the scope, inclusions, and limitations of the services to be delivered.

    Any services not expressly listed in the quotation are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The client acknowledges that the condition of the property directly impacts the time, labour, and outcome of the service.

    If, upon inspection, the property condition materially differs from the description provided at the time of quoting, FRESHA Co. reserves the right to:

    • Adjust pricing accordingly; or

    • Amend the scope of work; or

    • Decline or reschedule the service

    Additional charges may apply where excessive dirt, neglect, damage, or unforeseen conditions are identified.

  • The client must ensure safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.

    If access is not available:

    • Our team will wait up to 20 minutes

    • After this period, the service will be deemed a non-attendance

    • The full service fee will be charged

    FRESHA Co. is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, locked premises, or third-party restrictions.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100% service fee

    • Requests made outside this period may be rescheduled subject to availability

    • Full payment is required at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed in writing

    • Bookings without payment may be cancelled or not confirmed

    Where post-service payment is approved:

    • Payment must be made within the agreed timeframe

    • Late payments may incur:

      • Administrative fees

      • Interest charges

      • Debt recovery costs

  • Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a variation and may incur additional charges.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Heavy-duty cleaning

    • Mould treatment

    • Stain removal

    • Excessive grease or grime

    • Window cleaning (if not included)

    All variations are subject to client approval where practicable.

  • FRESHA Co. provides a Bond-Back Rectification Guarantee, not a bond refund guarantee.

    This means:

    • If cleaning-related issues are identified during the final inspection, we will return to rectify those items within the original agreed scope, provided:

      • Notification is received within 72 hours of service completion

      • The property has not been occupied or altered after cleaning

      • Valid inspection reports or evidence are provided

    FRESHA Co. does not guarantee bond return, as this is subject to landlord/agent discretion and factors beyond cleaning.

  • While all care is taken, the client acknowledges:

    • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, deterioration, or faulty fixtures are not the responsibility of FRESHA Co.

    • FRESHA Co. is not liable for:

      • Damage caused by faulty or aged materials

      • Items not securely fixed

      • Electrical or plumbing faults

    Liability, where proven, is strictly limited to:

    • The cost of repair; or

    • The value of the service provided

    FRESHA Co. is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

  • The client must inform FRESHA Co. of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items prior to service.

    FRESHA Co. will not be held responsible for damage to:

    • Unsecured items

    • Pre-damaged items

    • Items not disclosed as fragile

  • FRESHA Co. reserves the right to refuse or stop work where:

    • The environment is deemed unsafe

    • Hazardous materials are present

    • There is risk to staff health or safety

    Full charges may still apply in such circumstances.

  • FRESHA Co. reserves the right to:

    • Take before and after photographs of the property

    • Use images for:

      • Quality assurance

      • Dispute resolution

      • Internal training

    No personal or identifying information will be disclosed publicly without consent.

  • FRESHA Co. aims to deliver a professional, high-quality cleaning service.

    Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
    We will assess and, where appropriate, provide rectification within the agreed scope.

  • FRESHA Co. is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Weather events

    • Transport disruptions

    • Illness or workforce limitations

    • Government restrictions

  • By accepting the quote and/or making payment, the client:

    • Confirms acceptance of this agreement

    • Enters into a legally binding contract with FRESHA Co.

    • Agrees to all terms outlined above
